1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Texturelib, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

AI Texturelib provides AI-powered texture generation tools. The service is provided "as is" and availability is subject to our third-party providers (Google Cloud, Supabase, Clerk). We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results.

3. Payments & Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

  • Services are accessed via a credit system. Credits are deducted per generation attempt.
  • Credits purchased are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy for details on your right of withdrawal and exceptions.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing and credit costs at any time, but such changes will not affect previously purchased credits.

4. Ownership & License

  • Your Content: You retain full ownership of any images or prompts you upload to the service.
  • Generated Assets: Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the textures generated by our service for both personal and commercial purposes.

5. Data Storage & Retention

We do not store the images generated by our service. It is your sole responsibility to save and download any content you wish to keep. Once you refresh the page or end your session, all generated content is permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

6. Delivery Policy

Upon successful payment, digital credits are delivered instantly to your user account and can be used immediately to generate textures. No physical goods are shipped.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, hateful, or harmful content. You must not attempt to reverse engineer the service, scrape data, or bypass usage limits. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AI TEXTURELIB OR ITS OWNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE LAST MONTH.
