Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

Our service provides digital credits ("tokens") for AI texture generation. These credits are considered digital content. By making a purchase, you agree to the immediate delivery of this digital content to your account.

2. 14-Day Cooling-off Period (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with consumer protection laws in the EU and UK, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date and receive a full refund.

Important exception: By starting to use our service and spending the purchased credits (tokens), you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. If you have not used any tokens from your purchase, you are fully eligible for a refund within this 14-day window.

3. Defective Service & Technical Errors

Outside of the cooling-off period, we are committed to providing a functional service. You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Significant Service Failure: If you purchase credits and our service is completely unavailable for an extended period, preventing you from using your credits.
  • Technical Errors: If a technical error on our side or the payment processor's side results in you being charged multiple times for the same transaction.

4. Merchant of Record and Requesting a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment processing, payment-related customer service inquiries, and returns.

To request a refund, you can choose either of the following methods:

  • Contact Us: Email our support team at texturegenerator.ai@gmail.com. Include your account email and the transaction ID provided by Paddle. We will coordinate with Paddle to process your refund.
  • Contact Paddle Directly: You can contact Paddle's customer support directly at help@paddle.com or via their buyer support website at paddle.net. Paddle has the authority to process and issue refunds directly in accordance with their Buyer Terms and applicable consumer rights.
